The Ohio CDC Association (OCDCA) engaged Harsany and Associates in 2019 for our three-year strategic plan (2020 – 2022). This was the first time I worked with Cindy and Doug and I can sincerely say it was an effective, eye-opening, and thoughtful process that resulted in the right direction for our association. Our Board of Trustees and staff enjoyed the facilitation and participation was strong. Most importantly the end result, the strategic plan, is working for us. Even in these troubling times we’ve been able to keep our eye on the ball, follow the plan, and thrive during these troubling times.
