Harsany was hired as a third party, to review, examine and report on multiple developments throughout the city. Each time, the report(s) have been thoroughly examined, and offered insightful direction for the future of these projects. Doug Harsany, was extremely professional, offered insightful comparisons and a depth of knowledge, that was outstanding. The projects, all of which were for Special Planning Districts, contained many challenges, from the topography to the buildings themselves. Doug founded Harsany & Associates, LLC as a consulting firm in 2010. His role is both to provide leadership to the firm and to provide technical assistance, project management, product development, research and evaluation, and training services to states, local governments, non-profits and other entities involved in housing and community development.
